Job Description:
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating Human Resource management activities of the Company, to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities: RECRUITMENT Establish and meet hiring targets and maintains compliance with established reporting structure. Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidate. Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment, selection, salary, and overall offer recommendation. Act as a liaison to employment related vendors and related services. Lead and work on special projects and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness within the Staffing function: Various Interview Assessment Forms, Staffing Process Flow (from sourcing to placement) and New Employee On-boarding Procedure. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS / PAYROLL Manage general human resources concerns and deliverables. Direct mandate over personnel policies and strategic programs implementation. Resource to management and employees pertaining to performance reviews, benefits administration, employee relations and payroll changes. Monitor the movement of manpower. This includes all the changes affecting employee status such as new hires, promotions, lateral moves and termination. Manage payroll and benefits administration. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Point person for labor relations concerns - employee grievances, disciplinary cases, counseling, investigation and termination. Received complaints, comments, suggestions from employees regarding HR matter Assist in corporate events Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Must be knowledgeable in PH Labor Law, Government Benefits and offices; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
