JOB SPECIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's Degree / College Graduate of BSBA - HRDM, Psychology or any related course-At least 6 months of experience as HR Generalist-Willing to work / render overtime when needed and computer literateJOB DESCRIPTION:The position is responsible for providing assistance to immediate supervisor and Cagayan-based companies (i.e., Sigma Security Services, Inc., Cagayan Gotan Household, Cagayan Grand Adventure and Leisure, Inc. and Asia Pacific International Terminals, Inc.) with regard to recruitment, employee's records management, wage and salary administration, implementation of legislated and company benefits, employee engagement and relations.
