We work with IT service providers and enable them to identify opportunities for their customers looking at public cloud solutions. We work seamlessly with their sales and technical teams to scope the opportunities before working with their customers to implement effective technical solutions.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HubSpot Specialist within our team. This position is instrumental in ensuring the effective utilization of HubSpot to empower both our sales and marketing teams to achieve their respective goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring HubSpot according to best practices, maintaining data integrity through regular maintenance, and driving awareness and adoption across various teams within the organization. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to leverage the full capabilities of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, optimize workflows, and enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of inbound marketing principles, extensive experience with HubSpot's features and functionalities, and a proven track record of implementing successful marketing automation strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maximizing the impact of HubSpot across our organization and driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: HubSpot Configuration and Optimisation: Lead configuration and optimisation of HubSpot to align with sales/marketing goals and best practices. Collaborate with marketing for seamless integration between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. Integrate HubSpot Service Hub for post-sales support and enhanced customer satisfaction. Explore CMS Hub and Commerce Hub for integrated content management and e-commerce.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement best practices for lead capture and conversion across various channels, including website, social media, and paid advertising. Continuously optimize lead capture forms, CTAs, and landing pages for improved conversion. Ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Data Management and Compliance: Maintain accurate data within HubSpot for forecasting and effective deal management. Regularly audit and cleanse data for reliability and compliance with GDPR regulations. Streamline data entry processes and ensure data quality in collaboration with sales support.

Marketing Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows for lead nurturing and conversion. Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and optimize performance through A/B testing. Utilize HubSpot Ads for paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.

Content Management and Optimisation: Develop landing pages and assets optimized for lead generation and conversion. Analyze content performance metrics to inform content strategy decisions. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions to optimize HubSpot usage for sales, marketing, and service teams. Collaborate with operations, commerce, and content teams for unified customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Integration and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to integrate HubSpot into existing workflows across teams. Collaborate with IT for seamless integration with other tools and systems. Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing processes for efficiency.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for HubSpot-related queries across teams. Ensure alignment with optimisational goals and update leadership on HubSpot performance Essential Skill: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. HubSpot Certification(s) Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead generation and conversion. Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies. Experience with paid advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with proficiency in HubSpot Ads. Knowledge of GDPR regulations and experience implementing compliant marketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
