Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join ClearDesk as a Hubspot Administrator. In this role you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our business processes through the effective utilization of the Hubspot platform. As a Hubspot Administrator you will collaborate with various departments analyze data and implement solutions that streamline workflows and drive overall efficiency.
Core Responsibilities Set up and configure HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to align with business needs.
Customize workflows pipelines and dashboards to optimize internal processes.
Oversee data migration and integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
Implement data hygiene best practices and regularly audit and clean the database.
Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing scoring and engagement processes.
Create and maintain automated email campaigns ensuring timely and relevant communication with leads and customers.
Generate and analyze reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing team based on performance metrics.
Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure proficient use of HubSpot tools and features.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for HubSpot users.
Requirements College educated
Prior experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Hubspot implementation and optimization
Indepth knowledge of Hubspot functionalities and configurations
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Familiarity with CRM processes
Hubspot certification is strongly preferred
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
