Ensure compliance with relevant authorities by developing and implementing HSE programs, policies and management systems
Support site in terms of theoretical and practical aspects of HSE in the setting up, certification and maintaining the HSE system and to ensure attainment of target relevant annual goals
Communicating health and safety information to the organization as appropriate
Ensure the HE/ HP of RSA, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 findings are rectified, closed and effective at site
Ensure company meets monthly and annual targets on site safety, health, environmental metrices as mandated by compile the HSE monthly KPI (Safety Metric Tools (SMT), HSE monitoring, waste management, ENVIRO, monthly report, gap outstanding and Carbon Foot Print (DCF)
Compile report, analysis, advise and follow up with site:
?ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Compliance?HSE Gap Analysis from specific risk assessment
?Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Parameters compliance reporting and analysis of waste water analysis results.
?RSA (HE & HP)

Liaise with relevant department and related government body in any HSE issues and execute the HSE yearly action plan and evaluate the effectiveness.
Participate in continuous improvement activities, improving the manufacturing process through efficient operations and cost control
Leads the HSE Committee meeting, advise Environmental Committee and involve in any meeting related with the job
Manage HSE-related audits and support plant audit
Assist HSE Regional & SEA function in developing & establishing HSE improvement program & best practices
Monitor HSE compliance concerns and provide recommendation and support in resolving the issues
Process HSE regulatory permits of the company; manage the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), hazardous wastes storage, treatment and disposal
Conduct investigation on HSE related incidents and provide appropriate recommendation and solution
Act as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Safety Officer of the company
Ensure HSE equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire suits, emergency lights, emergency exit doors, eyewash stations, emergency spill kits, fire detection and alarm system, fire sprinkler system, fire pump system are in good working condition
Manage company’s clinic operation; ensure completeness of medicine inventory and first aid kits
