Basic FunctionPosition OverviewThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of all HR systems. Analyzes existing functionality, recommends process improvements and feature implementations to improve productivity for the HR department and end users. Responsible for development and maintenance of HR Dashboard, serves as technical point-of-contact, and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows.What you'll do at Insight· Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR Information Systems including the maintenance, implementation, upgrade and integrity of the data within those systems:o SAP - own HR module and coordinate enhancements with IT departmento SuccessFactors – create/modify forms, fields, data loads, reports, etc.o HR SharePoint Portal – monitor and ensure appropriate access/security· Creates efficiencies, streamlines processes and provides administrative supports to all functional HR departments through HR Systems· Supports development and upgrading of HR Systems applications through needs analysis and business requirements documentation· Provides assistance in system upgrades/patches through testing, reporting, security, and analysis of changes· Evaluate and test system changes prior to implementation to ensure that business needs are met· Documents processes and provides technical assistance, guidance and training for HR teammates and end users· Develops HR Dashboard (displaying key metrics) and provides reports/data feeds needed by other internal HR departments· Conducts regular HR Systems audits to identify discrepancies or errors· Performs other duties as requiredWhat you'll need to join Insight· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent· Minimum of three to five years of related experience, preferably with SAP or SuccessFactors· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations· Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and end users· Ability to maintain data integrity in HR systems· Ability to work on several projects at the same time· Understanding of advanced spreadsheets and analytical skills· Organizational and analytical skills and be able to work in a team environment· Ability to lead projects and provide mentoring and training to team members· Basic knowledge of human resources and its various functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll and organizational development· Amenable to work at night and in Pasig for a hybrid set-up
