To further enrich and continue our development initiatives, we are looking for committed and motivated individuals for the following position/s:  HR SUPERVISOR Job Summary: Supervise the HR team in supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.Provides day-to-day oversight of various human resources functions critical to the organization, including recruiting, employee/ labor relations, health and safety, compensation and benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, payroll, and employee records.Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, andrecommending HR policies and procedures.Provide guidance and updates on company policies and works with the management and employees.Other human resources tasks.Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or its equivalent.With at least 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor and in leading a team.Thorough knowledge and experience in all facets of HR -Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and Employee/ Labor Relations.Must be knowledgeable of all relevant hiring and employment regulations.Can work under pressure without affecting the quality of work.Has some authority for personnel actions.Good organizational Skills; action-oriented and analytical team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent leadership skills.
