Job Description:
Responsible in assisting the needs of the HRAD Manager. Updates and Monitors employee’s pay. Assures that statutory remittances are posted and remitted in a timely manner. Handles the employee’s benefits, merit increase, bonuses, or any pay-out. Manages timekeeping and payroll functions and issues, and coordinates concerns with the payroll master. Responsible for preparing Job offer, Job description, and Job evaluation. Coordinates with the Department Managers with regards to the salary structure and adjustments. Proposes, designs and facilitates internal or external training programs or schemes when the need calls for it. Oversees HRAD responsibilities such as Bills, Travel bookings and Hotel accommodations, and other deliverable must be accurately made. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management Preferably 1-4 years experience in the related field Good communication skills Excellent communication Skills Highly Organized Resourceful and Creative Ability to multi-task and handle the pressure
