graduate of Psychology, HRDM and/or equivalent, preferably but not required- with atleast 6 months of experience in employee relations (issuance of NTE & NOD, conducts administrative hearings, employee counselling, and etc.)- with good analytical and communication skills- with strong interpersonal skills**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay
