As an HR Specialty Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class, simplified and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR needs. As part of your daily duties, you will interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues (sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the management of leave of absence and/or reasonable accommodations inquiries. Handle requests according to regulatory and internal guidelines, within case management tool. The case manager will be responsible for the end to end case management and employee experience. The case manager will engage with appropriate aligned partners when necessary. The case manager will be the main contact as it pertains to the management of the request and related downstream impacts. Makes routine decisions independently and takes proper actions based on experience within the limits of policy, procedures utilizing the appropriate resources. Handles difficult situations when dealing with employees, HRBAs, managers and internal partners. Knowledge regarding company policies and procedures with the ability to apply that knowledge while having a working understanding of regulatory requirements (i.e. ADA, FMLA, etc.) May support peer coaching, testing and other functional activities as assigned Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: At least 2 years of case management or claims administration experience in an employee facing role Strong organizational skills/detail oriented Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with a customer obsessed mindset Possess strong analytical skills including attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and levels Respect for confidentiality of information Intermediate understanding of absence management/accommodations process preferred Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday Must be able to work overtime and weekends to support business needs Internal Application Eligibility Requirements TENURE :
Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement. Specific roles require longer tenure in current position to be eligible to apply. Unless established for specific positions by the line of business, the standard tenure requirement is 12 months.
