Hr Specialist - Training And Development

A HR Training and Development Specialist is assigned in creating, organizing, planning, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers. Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.Qualification:1. Bachelor's degree in HRDM, Psychology or a relevant field2. At least with 1 year experience in the HR Training and Development or a similar role3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Strong research, organizational, and planning skills5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
