Hr Specialist

Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any Behavioral Science Course- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process- Familiarity with HR Facets- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist- At least six (6) months experience on Human Resources;- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively- Ability to write/amend documents that accurately captures issue(s).- Ability to use independent judgments and to manage and impart confidential information.- Knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices.- Knowledge in the field of labor relations.- Ability to investigate and analyze claims information and to draw conclusions.- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.- Can start ASAP- This position is based in San Fernando, PampangaSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
