Hr Specialist

Job description:- Ensure compliance with labor regulations- Research new HR trends- Maintaining employee records- Management training- Compensation and benefits- Assist with payroll processing- Conducting background checks- Providing ongoing training to employees- Designing pay scales and benefits packages- Handling employee grievances and discipline- Recruiting- Writing new policies- ComplianceQualifications:*Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or any related field.*Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Employee Relation and Recruitment*Must have working knowledge in drafting memorandum and company policies.*Experience in a Manpower Agency is a plus but not required.*Can work under pressure and can work well in a team.*Candidate must be able to address any HR related concerns quickly.
