Details of the offer

Manages the organization's payroll, compensation and benefit programs and HRIS administration including but not limited to job evaluation and benchmarking, performance appraisal, salary and incentive programs, life and health insurance and other related process improvement initiatives.
Evaluates compensation and benefits programs and recmmends modifications to maintain the organization's objectives and competitive position in the marketplace.
Reviews and ensures accurate computation of pay and interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
Responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of the HR systems that supports the Manila operations.
Supports local leadership through usable reporting and data analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
2 to 3 years Managerial experience in a related field (C&B, end to end payroll processing, HR reporting and analytics, total rewards benchmarking, process improvement)
Good knowledge of HRIS systems
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Critical thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
