HR Services Center Administrator - (1909287) Job Overview:Responsible for responding to employee inquiries about Human Resources and entering, updating and maintaining employee data.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of employee data into Oracle Cloud
Provides customer service to HR Business Partners by addressing inquiries regarding Human Resources data via phone, email, ticketing system and other methods
Investigates customer issues and identifies their source, determines solutions
Assists HR personnel of other departments and divisions, functioning as a centralized resource
Supports on-boarding and termination activities as they relate to employee data
Works closely with HRIS employees on updates and testing of HCM system
Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork
Capacity to work well under pressure and in sometimes stressful situations
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Basic Qualifications:Ability to communicate HR information to non-HR personnel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Proficient in Excel
Works under supervision and guidance of a team lead/supervisor
Solves problems using standard procedures
Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines based on supervisory guidance
Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals
Accountable for individual results and impact on team
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant HR/Administrative experience, ideally gained in a high volume multi-national Shared Service environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Human Resources Certificate is a plus
Must have significant experience and understanding of Oracle Cloud
Good experience in other HR/Payroll systems such as Taleo, JDE, SAP is highly beneficial
Good experience in utilizing service ticketing systems
Knowledge and experience using more advanced excel functions including Vlookups and pivot tables
Good spoken and written English – ability to speak a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch would be beneficial
Excellent attention to detail and process orientated
Good organization skills
