The Center of Excellence function includes program ownership, process development, and strategic support of HR programs and processes for the whole organization. The Remuneration Management Team has the goal to help hire and retain the best employees through the company's Remuneration Programs. This role supports the Remuneration Management Manager in the analysis, design, and administration of DITO's total remuneration programs and other programs as needed. To be effective in this role, you will need to have a mindset that has a healthy balance between employee remuneration and the company's financial performance. This role will need to be constantly updated with the latest market practices and standards.
Functions and Responsibilities Creation of policies and programs related but not limited to Remuneration. Responsible for forms, workflow, and guidelines creation that will assist the business in operationalizing programs and policies. Policy updates and cascading it to the business through HR Communications and HRBP orientation. Serves as the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Remuneration and Policy related concerns. Evaluates DITO's remuneration packages considering employees' experience, responsibilities, and doing comparative analysis based on market data Provides support in the implementation of HR Programs mainly on remuneration related initiatives. Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Where applicable, represent HR department in attending seminars and courses to ensure the department is up to date. Collaborates with other COE members in requirements gathering, analysis, planning, development and delivery of new projects, initiatives, and on-going Human Resource functional responsibilities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Research and Gather Data: Conducts research on HR trends and partnering with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders within the company to ensure best practices are applied in strategic planning of HR programs and policies. Working with external consultants and professional industry organizations to better understand and develop market practices as and when necessary. Reviewing wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure company's remuneration policies are competitive. Analyzing results of compensation surveys. Research on employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommends changes or updates to DITO's existing benefits or policies. Create Reports: Prepares financial report to finance related to HR's expenses such as labor costs, engagement, and other operational costs. Conducts quarterly audit on compensation and benefits ensuring that all employees are on the correct benefits scheme in accordance with their Job Level. Conducts data and cost analyses to be used in employee negotiations by Talent Acquisition Specialists. Administer Remuneration Programs: Responsible on the end-to-end process of Annual Remuneration Review. Works with Compensation and Benefits manager to ensure alignment. Maintains salary and other confidential information in SharePoint. Budgeting and Forecast: Acts as Budget Coordinator for the Human Resources Division Liaises with the Finance Team for budget exercises Familiar with labor cost preparation and analysis Collects, organizes, and consolidates budget per HR cost center to prepare analytical reports and submit budget to Finance Prepares the cash forecast for Human Resources Division, ensuring regular monitoring and timely reporting Employment Standards Problem Solving Effective Communication Strategic Thinking Data and Business Analysis Maintaining Confidentiality Understand and follow broad and complex instructions Job Skills & Qualifications At least Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related courses At least 5 years of relevant experience High proficiency in MS Office High proficiency in preparing HR reports and HR presentations Research Skills Analytical Thinking Interpersonal Skills Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Human Resources Human Resources Professional (Work-From-Home)
