Hr Recruitment Staff- Urgent Hiring!!!

**Required Qualifications**:- A bachelor's degree in BSBA Major in Human resources or BS Psychology.- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.- **Responsibilities**:- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.- Completing paperwork for new hires.- Managing internship programs.- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.- Maintain employee records (201 & 202 files) according to policy and legal requirements- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.- Performs other duties as assigned.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human resources: 2 years (required)
