Qualifications: ?- Graduate of bachelor's degree.?- Must have at 11 years of experience in Human Resources?- Minimum 4 years' experience in talent operations, talent management, performance achievement, project management, shared services experience.??- Proficient in MS Excel?- Must have at least 2 years of experience in people management- Preferably with strong experience in analytics and data management - reporting, providing insights.?- Permanent Work from home?- Work Schedule: 9am-6pm, Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs????Job Description: ???- Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility.
