Job Description
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes including coordination of new hire information and initiating background screening; referral schemes, preparation of offer letters and employment contracts
Lead the payroll processing, time keeping, leave monitoring and benefits administration in accordance to company policy. Ensure timely fund transfer and salary payments to employees, and timely payment of mandatory contributions to the respective authorities.
Coordination of relevant HR payroll reports to the respective teams/departments.
Maintain good record of payroll, benefits and related documents.
Assist in the timely monitoring and recording of Promotion, Salary Change, Employment Transfers, Probation and Regularization Notices
Rewards and Recognition Program Coordination
Assist in the employee engagement activities, labor relations and communications
Ensures HR compliance with the different government agencies
Participate and coordinate in the multiple HR Projects and required regional reporting- data gathering, budget exercises and pre-rollout documents, acceptance, testing for any new HR Systems as needed
Preparation and Delivery of complex and customized reports relevant to HR Operations.
Preparation and monitoring of Cash Advance and Liquidations for HR dept.
Prepare other HR reports as needed to help with HR decision making and interventions.
Act as HR Department’s Document Controller, ensuring all HR records, documents and other reports are maintained, filed in a timely manner and compliant with internal and external audit requirements;
Assist the HR Manager in the administration of the different HR systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Preferably Graduate of Psychology or Accountancy
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Advance skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experienced in managing HRIS and Timekeeping System
People-person
Team-player and knows how to have fun!
Ability to multi-task.
Resourceful and curious (with an inquisitive mind)
Independent and fast learner (with minimum supervision)
Can make simple problem solving and decision making abilities.
With attention to detail and with ability to understand, analyze and recommend HR interventions for simple operational problems.
The ability to identify and share HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Can take a lead for HR operations and payroll.
Good communication skills oral and written
