WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package Opportunity for Career Growth 5-day work week For a permanent regular position JOB DESCRIPTION To review, study, plan and develop programs and initiatives that involve talent selection up to deployment of candidates for employment, apprenticeship, or any corporate manpower contracts/agreements in line with the overall hiring strategies and manpower forecasting; to drive talent engagement, uphold our brand image and the company being an "employer of choice"; and to develop and implement monitoring systems of manpower movement and vacancy levels, implement actual recruitment processes, and enhance the recruitment process for assigned groups, levels, or ranks in order to acquire talent, meet the talent needs of the organization, and immediately onboard talents for vacant positions within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and the Labor Laws or Code of the country.
EXPERIENCE At least 2 to 5 years significant experience in end-to-end recruitment EDUCATION Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or other related field MINIMUM SKILLS Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Interviewing Skills, Negotiation Skills, Decision Making Skills WORK LOCATION SM Mall of Asia
