Will handle all HR Facets or concerns; (Payroll, compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction, Labor Laws and Legal compliance)Manage safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulationsAssisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arisePerform other related tasks assigned by the managementQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related courseWith extensive experience in the related fieldMust have a background Industrial, Manufacturing, or Logistics companyKnowledgeable in Labor Laws
