Hr Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:As Officer, Human Resources, he/she will be primarily responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and employee counseling.**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:- Perform all recruitment functions necessary to supply the manpower requirements of the company in timely and effective manner.- Prepare all the induction materials and conduct new employee orientation for all newly onboarded employees.- Update in timely manner all the requirements and employment documents of each employee.- Laying out rules, scope of work and job description to successful applicant and update in timely manner all movement and changes on the job description of the existing employees.- Prepare and process the Exit Clearance and Property turnover for all offboarding employees.- Manage, disseminate and store various types of documentation for human resources such as HR Monitoring Reports, 201 and 203 Files (Hard copy and Soft copy).- Monitors complaints and concerns, makes necessary follow ups on the progress needed.- Perform Human Resources tasks as maybe assigned to you from time to time by your immediate head.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in either Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or related courses.- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR Admin department- Must be knowledgeable in HR functions (recruitment, training & development, employee relations and etc.)- With Good leadership skill and high level of presentation- Must be hard-working and efficiently even under pressure.- With good work ethics and professional appearance is a MUST- Can converse well in both English and Tagalog.**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Availability to start?- Asking Salary?
