Hr Officer

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
At least 5 years of solid working experience in Human Resources or any related field.
Well-versed in all facets of Human Resources which includes recruitment, employee and labor relations, organizational development, performance management and learning and development.
Excellent communication skills and a confident communicator with people at all levels.
With high sense of confidentiality.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices and standards laws.
Experience in organizing company events, gatherings and celebrations.
