Hr Officer

You will be assigned to one of many international clients that Azpired is doing business with to manage every step of their employment processes. Such responsibilities include: Support and participate in developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems.Orient new employees about the company, its services, and each individual's purpose as part of their respective teams.Provide counseling on company policies and procedures.Assist operations in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.Assist in performance management processes and in coordinating these with different departments.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder (graduates of Psychology, HRDM, and Political Science are encouraged to apply!)At least six to twelve months experience in the HR field is an advantage!Good to excellent English communication skillsKnowledgeable of basic computer processesFilipino citizen or holding a relevant residence statusWilling to work on-siteWilling to start immediatelyPaid trainingA competitive salary packagePerformance bonusesReferral incentivesTravel incentivesDiscounts and perks with our partners!
