Hr Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
- With at least 1 year experience in the HR field and/other relevant experience
- With background in timekeeping, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and compensation & benefits
- Must be knowledgeable in labor laws and other regulatory compliance and standards
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support in the various human resource functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, timekeeping, compensation &
benefits, and employee relations
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization; serves as the connection between employees and managers.
- Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
