ob Description· Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages· Administer health and life insurance programs· Implement training and development plans· Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions· Inform employees about additional benefits they're eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)· Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status· Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records· Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization· Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner· Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation· Monitors government regulations to ensure government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Phil health, Pag Ibig, Phil health, etc. are administered correctly and efficiently.· Oversees HRIS processes, policies and workflow that is aligned to organizational structure and procedures.· Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessaryRequired skills and qualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessAptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesGraduate of Psychology, Human Resource etc.With at least 6 months to 1 year experienceAdvanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessaryWilling to work in Makati - full timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company eventsHealth insurancePromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:13th month salary
