Hr Manager - Quezon City

-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.-Manage, create, implement, and supervise policies and regulations.-Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization.-Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and safety.-Consult with management on strategic planning and serve as a link between management and its employees/staff.-Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, and direct disciplinary procedures.Qualifications:-With knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits, organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety, and training.
