Duties and Responsibilities:


Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures for all Group of Companies Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program Conducting annual salary surveys Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget and evaluation program. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures Performing benefits administration Overseeing selection and recruitment efforts Overseeing new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and exit interviews Maintaining department records and reports Participating in administrative staff meetings Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance, in all areas of HR of the Group of Companies. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Master the art of Recruitment especially for hard-to-find technical positions.
