OBJECTIVE:
To help management achieve its objectives and goals in the management of its human resources, provide services to employees to make their employment more satisfying, and stimulate the organization in developing good employee relations.
SCOPE:
1. Human Resource Programs
a) Assists management in developing and administering human resource policies, programs, and procedures.
b) Interprets management policies for proper implementation in all levels of the company, as well as channels concerns to proper authorities.
c) Assists Department Heads in implementing policies and programs.
d) Reviews policies and procedures regularly, and recommends changes as needed.
2. Acquisition of Human Resources
a) Conducts human resources planning for the entire company and prepares a budget for this program.
b) Develops sound recruitment, screening, selection, and placement policies and procedures in coordination with the other departments.
c) Assists the Department Heads in ensuring that positions are manned with competent staff by hiring competent employees.
d) Maintains a complete record system of all human resources of the entire organization.
e) Maintains adequate human resources at all times for the entire organization.
3. Maintenance
a) Recommends a sound compensation program for the entire company.
b) Administers wage, salary, and benefit schemes.
c) Formulates, recommends, and evaluates policies and practices regarding employee welfare: health, safety, insurance, transportation, security, benefits, etc.
d) Assesses and recommends for proper and timely personnel movement within the organization: promotion, transfer, resignation, retirement, etc.
e) Recommends and administers performance evaluation tools in coordination with the Department.
f) Assists Department Heads in evaluating the performance of the employees under their supervision.
g) Conducts wage and salary surveys to ensure conformance with those prevailing in the industry.
h) Acts as management's representative in all transactions that are labor-related.
i) Counsels / advises management, department heads, and employees on matters such as conduct, performance, dispute resolution, retention, and other related programs.
j) Conducts meetings to resolve individual / group problems.
k) Coordinates/confers with Department Heads and Management regarding employee complaints and grievances.
l) Coordinates and assists Department Heads in handling problems of discipline, complaints, and grievances.
m) Creates and implements programs to improve communications between management and employees.
n) Conducts exit interview; studies and make recommendations regarding labor turnover.
o) Acts as a signatory for approval of loans and other benefits given to employees.
4. Development a) Coordinates with Department Heads or Supervisors in determining the training needs of employees in the different departments.
b) Prepares short-range and long-range plans for training and education for the entire organization from top management to rank and file.
c) Prepares criteria for the selection of applicants for the program of staff development.
d) Develops a career planning program for the entire organization and implements together with the Department Heads and Supervisors.
e) Directs a process of organizational development that primarily addresses succession planning throughout the company.
5. Others a) Prepares, implements, and monitors the yearly budget of the department.
b) Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of Human Resources personnel.
c) Designs necessary forms to be used in the department.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1-2 year work experience as Trainor or in mentoring, Supervisor or Manager, developing &
cultivating culture in a company
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office & google sheets applications
Keen eye to details, organize and systematic
Good communication skill (oral & written)
Good interpersonal relation skills
Has good leadership skills, employee management and administrative skills
Trustworthy and with good moral character
Good analytical skill and attention to details
Exercise professionalism at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
