Hr Lead

Job Description
-Act as a Shared Service/Profit Center Lead for Executive Search Division of the Company
-Steward to all End to End HR processes, policies and governance for both CORE and MP resources
-Owner of Internal ER Processes that will ensure attraction and retention of company
-Process Advisor to Pay, Performance Management
-Recruitment and Selection of Candidates for backfill

Qualifications:
• With at least 3 yrs. experience as HR Generalist --ER, Comp and Ben Administration, Labor Law
• With very strong Recruitment Background and has access to a network of talent
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Human Resource or any equivalent courses
