Job Descriptions:HR Policies and Compliance? Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.? Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.? Ensure local immigration and labor laws and regulations are observed and strictlyadhered to.? Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.? Oversee the distribution of HR policies and updates to employees.Benefits? Responsible for employee semi-monthly payroll, monetary benefits payout, and last pay processing.? Oversee benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.Time and Attendance Management? Track and manage employee working hours.? Address anomalies in time and attendance records, collaborate with the appropriatedepartments.Leave Management? Manage employee leave balances and accruals.? Process and track various types of leave, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Payroll? Ensure accuracy in salary calculations and distributions.? Ensure accuracy in time-keeping procedures.? Complete all payroll and tax reporting tasks and make sure they adhere to all local government laws and regulations.? Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees.? Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with local regulations.? Handle wage garnishments and other authorized payroll deductions.? Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to wage garnishments.? Provide data for budgeting and financial planning purposes.? Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.? Keep track of payroll-related documentation for compliance purposes.? Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.? Provide support and clarification on payroll-related issues.? Coordinate with management to implement salary adjustments and increments.Document Organization? Ensure all communications with employees are well-documented and acknowledged by employees.? Enforce documentation and record-keeping standards and protocols.Report? Submit weekly reports on job summarization to the General Manager. Qualifications? Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology or any psychology-related course.? Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.? Minimum 3 years' HR experience with a strong payroll background.? Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including payrolladministration, benefits administration and compliance.? Familiarity with local labor laws and legislation.? Capable of adjusting and prospering in a fast-changing environment.? Able to manage several priorities and perform under time constraints.? Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.? Strong moral principles, a dedication to confidentiality, and meticulousness whenhandling sensitive HR data and concerns.? Thorough, proactive, and well-organized.?
