Hr Generalist

Manages assigned manpower request accounts- Updates manpower request Status Report- Sources, schedules and screens applicants based on the set competencies per position level- Presents and discusses employment contract to the new hires- Oversees the completion of compensation and benefit documentation- Conducts employee onboarding- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, Sub-Franchise employees- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form- Maintains calendars of the HR Sub-franchise, People Planing & Development TeamQualification:- With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in Recruitment and compensation and benefits- Work Experience in Food industry or retail is an advantage- Highly organized and keen to details- With good oral and written communication skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus
