 EPR Inc. Urgently needs! HR GENERALIST (2-4 years experience) The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Job Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsCreating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projectionsGenerating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning lettersCreating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulationsMaintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance recordsCreating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiatingactivitiesCollaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authoritiesEvaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordinglyTaking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievancesRequirements and Skills: Proven experience as HR Specialist/Officer, or other HR positionKnowledge of HR functions (salaries & benefits, recruitment, training & development, employee relations/engagement, etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant field; further training will be a plusHR Credentials (a plus)BPO experience is a plus
