Hr Generalist

Responsibilities:
Monitor regular human resource requirements
Screen and on-board new employees
Manage employee files and records
Manage employee and industrial relations
Process end to end payroll and manage time records
Prepare, implement and monitor compliance of various policies
Prepare monthly reports
Manage employment packages and benefits
Performs other such HR related functions that may be assigned permanently and from time to time.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Managment, Psychology or its equivalent
Min 2 years working experience in HR field
With excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
Responsible, articulate, analytical, and possesses a professional working attitude
Willing to be trained in various areas of accounting, payroll and compliance
Proficient in MS Office particularly in MS Excel
Excellent organization and administration skills and the ability to multitask
Resourceful, accurate, works well with minimal supervision, flexible, with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
