Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various functions of the department such as recruitment, employee relations, general administrative task. Handles disciplinary cases and labor relations. Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or other Business courses Strong analytical and planning skills Can work and handle pressure Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
