HR GENERALIST (Cebu Bakery Products Manufacturing, Inc.) Duties and Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end payroll process. Be able to compute using automated system or manual.Filing and remittance of the monthly contributions, loans, etc. to SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth.Implement and monitor company policies. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.Prepares and implements memo:written, suspension up to and including termination.Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with GM to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Handle onboarding process of newly hired employees.Record-keeping and filing of documents / 201 filing.Maintains employment records of personnel, records status changes, prepares reports on employment, training, salaries, etc. as assigned.Responsible for assisting the Training Coordinator in training module development; facilitation of trainings (technical and soft skills) and maintains training documentation.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation,benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Assist GM with constructive and timely performance evaluations.Assist in organizing company initiatives and activities.Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field as HR generalist (Experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development and Employee & Labor Relations)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
