Hr Employee Relation Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, implement, and maintain the Employee Engagement initiatives at the local site of responsibilityCoordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing/Admin Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget at the local site/s of responsibilityGather feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze/provide a debrief of the projectSupport regional level of activities by being the main POC for the site on implementationEnsure Rewards & Recognition program effectivenessEnsure Corporate social responsibility programs are deployed within local site of responsibilitySupport other departments in hyping up their announcements and communicationsQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalentAt least five (5) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making) preferably in Financing CompanyAdept in the Philippine Labor CodeWith above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)Has the ability to communicate to various levels of the organizationProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
