Hr Employee Relation Personnel

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Prepares, monitors staff timekeeping record/attendance, performance appraisal completions, tracks service incentive leaves accruals, usages and leaves of absence, employees separation documents.Responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining personnel information. Maintains confidential departmental personnel and associated files, documents, and/or databases as regards to HR functions.Assists with and coordinate investigations pertaining to issues of Employees' misconduct and policy infractions, performance management grievance and related documentation.Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePerform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Process mandated government benefits.Process payroll employees.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: PHP 14,050.00 per monthBenefits:Company Christmas giftHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:Bacoor City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Human Resources: 1 year (Required)2 months: 1 year (Required)
