Salary: MYR 28,000 – 34,500 (MYR) HR Director Job Highlights Responsibilities: Formulate the Company's human resources plan according to the actual situation and development plan of the company Responsible for benchmarking exercises, understand the local practices to meet new HR challenges/trends. Review organisation's compensation structure & employee benefits to ensure market competitiveness. Implement a performance based culture & performance management system for recognition and rewards to achieve above target performance and productivity. Overseeing the HR functions, monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives is align with business objectives, statutory requirements, industry standards and practices. Responsible for recruiting development, predictive strategy, planning and operations for recruiting top talents for the organisation. Work closely with management & employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Business partnering with HODs/BUs on HR strategies, manpower requirements & advise on HR financial budgetary. Organize and handle employee performance appraisal and be responsible for reviewing various assessments and training results Utilise metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of HR initiatives, including employer branding efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent 8-10 years' experience across HR functions Bilingual in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is essential (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates) Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Time Management, Succession Planning and Coaching Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, retention, and career development strategies, with a focus on employer branding.
