Hr Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Support the daily operations of HR team- Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information (201 file)- Track employee progress within the onboarding program- Screen applicants, monitors, and prepares Job Contract.- Gives disciplinary action, prepares NTE and monitor employees performance.- Responsible for orienting new employees to the organization- Answer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefits- Assist with payroll processes- Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files**Requirements**:- A proven track recording of executing HR-related tasks- Willing to multi-task and can handle pressure- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices- Effective oral and written communication skills- Great interpersonal skills- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality- Degree in Human Resources or relevant fields- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao City, Laguna**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Wear facemask at all times inside the Company Premises.
