Hr Business Partner

Responsibility:· Working with HRBP in a broad spectrum of HR works such as recruitment, compensation and benefits,learning and development, performance management, employee relations, culture building, and talentmanagement· Involves in executing HR practices, procedures, and continuously enhancing HR standard operatingprocedures· Involves in implementing HR management regulations and policies· Generates regular reports on resource management, organization structure, etc.· Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations· Assists in any other HR projects and ad hoc tasks as neededBusiness Skills Requirements:· Project Human Resources Management Capabilities· Single Module COE Capabilities ProfessionalKnowledge Requirements:· Human Resources Management PostureWork Setup:· Fixed-term employment contract - two (2) years renewable· Fully on-site· Day shift· Open rate
