Hr Business Partner

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu city, Philippines with clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across variousindustries and we are continuously expanding fast. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. The role is responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits or personnel research. Duties and Responsibilities: Assists senior executives on HR issues such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organizational strategies, and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboardingAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the assigned group to develop solutions, programs, policies and other HR related initiativesManages and resolves employee relations issuesConducts weekly meetingwith the assigned team and relays it to PCMT weekly meeting or as needed for support and actionProvides assistance to PCMT for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unitsServes as the bridge of between the assigned client to Tahche PCMTWork alongside with leaders and management (client assigned) to provide relevant people solutions like developing a plan to hire the right people with the skills needed specifically for a job opening in that area, developing employee discipline and engagement programs and other HR strategic solutionsQualifications: A graduate of any four year course preferably in Psychology, Business Management or Engineering. Master's Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.Possesses overall HR Specialist knowledge i.e. Comp & Ben, StaffingKnowledgeable on the Labor CodeAt least 5 years of work experience in Human ResourcesWith experience working in a BPO setting
