The Opportunity The HR L&D Associate will assist in organizing training materials and overseeing training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don't exceed the provided budget. You will also assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of trainees, work with department heads to assess training and development needs and provide senior management with trainees' program reports.
The position will also be involved in the employee management process, conflict resolution, and other operational tasks as needed.
What you'll bring Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend action plan. Assist HR Advisors on all HR related processes, tasks, projects and overall administration. Assist in Identifying employee requirements i.e. performance, training & development plans. Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results. Assist in organizing career development and general HR-related workshops for all new and current employees and evaluate their effectiveness. Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to department heads. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a relevant field 1 year experience in similar role Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Can work onsite in Makati - Hybrid: 4 Day Onsite x 1 Day WFH
