Hr Associate

1. Supports the company's farm operations through various HR services2. Assist in monitoring the employee plantilla movement for new positions, replacements, or transfer3. Creates and Implements Employee Engagement activities and programs4. Oversee and Monitors Performance Management System5. Facilitates the timekeeping process6. Monitors payroll concerns and ensures resolution7. Oversees and ensures the end-to-end facilitation of due process in the Labor Relations system8. Assists in the implementation of corporate social responsibility and in-house training and development programs9. Recommends improvement and action that would enhance HR services to farm10.
