Hr Assistant Manager

Responsibilities1. Will manage and lead 5 HR professionals (1 Supervisor, 1 Sr. Staff, 2 Staff, and 1 Nurse)2. Lead and manage HR Operations and oversee various HR functions such as:         -Recruitment and Selection         -Compensation and Benefits         -Training and Development          -Labor and Employee Engagement3. Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures, aligned with the company's goals and objectives. 4. Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.QualificationsGraduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or any related courseWith at leadt 5 years of expereince as HR Assistant ManagerKnowledge on HR Systems and databaseIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesWith excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
