1. Monitoring the proper practice of punctuality and good attendance amongst all employees,including himself or herself daily;2. Ensures that all procedures from job applications and performance reviews, to resignations areaccomplished to standard at all times;3. To serve as the company's watchdog when it comes to enforcing the Code of Conduct/ Ethics, tomaintain a working environment that is just, inclusive, respectful and professional at all times;4. The HR Officer is tasked to ensure that all violations committed by employees against companypolicy are properly documented, supported and resolved in a swift yet just matter with oversightfrom the HRDAA Manager;5. To work closely with the Accounting Team in ensuring that the payroll and all pay slips, includingall preparations for it are completed timely and with minimal errors in computations;6. To ensure that all mandatory benefits, such as the remittances of SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealthaccorded to each and every employee, are accomplished regularly, correctly and without delay;7. When necessary, to assist in the application or renewal of a new or existing employee ofgovernment mandated benefits such as Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, SSS;8. To organize medical exams for new hires and for renewal of contracts for project-basedemployees;9. To organize trainings and/or seminars for the growth, development and well-being of staff yearly;10. To ensure that the 201 files of each and every staff member are updated and stored safely,securing company interests and protecting each employee's right to confidentiality;11. To assist in the organization, documentation and procurement of all office equipment andsupplies;12. To ensure that the movement of all company property and assets are reported and returned ingood condition and in a timely manner;13. To create an inventory of office supplies, property and goods for proper monitoring andaccountability;14. To assist in the completion of all administrative work necessary for the efficient operation of alloffice works;15. To assist and support the HRDAA Manager in promoting the growth and development of allemployees including organizing training and recreational activities for the company;16. To provide support in all other aspects necessary for the efficient functioning of companyoperations.
