Job Description:Responsible for providing administrative support services in the areas of human resource management and administrative services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within the organization.Does the overall direction and control of the human resources services such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits.Establishes increasing awareness on food safety culture within the organization and for the employees to recognize its effect to food safety and quality.Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting of company policies and guidelines aligned with the organizational business plans.Qualifications:Education:-Graduate of Behavioral Science course (Human Resource Management.Psychology) or any related courseExperience:-With 6-8 years of HR work experience, at least 3-4 years in managerialcapacity preferably in a food manufacturing company.Skill/Other RequirementsStrong organizational skills, planning and decision making skillsGood leadership and human capital development skills (interpersonal andemployee engagement) and workplace culture development skills-Knowledgeable of the Labor Laws and Occupational Safety and HealthStandards-Knowledgeable on the industry's GMP, HACCP, HALAL and FSSCstandards and requirements.
