Recruitment and SelectionPreparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Programming and implementing organization's recruiting strategy.
Interviewing applicants and administering pre-employment test.
Informing applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, negotiating salaries and benefits, etc.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
Consulting management team to ensure that the right candidates are being placed into the right position.
Analyzing and writing job duties and descriptions.
Prepares employment contracts/probationary contracts as endorsed and approved by the management.

Employee Relations/Labor Laws
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as working complaints and harassment allegations. Mediating disagreements between employees-employers and employee-employee
Maintains and updates employees' masterlist, all employees' records and 201 files.
Counsel employees regarding HR policies, procedures and practices.
Welcomes and orients newly-hired employees to the company, introduces them to the company's Code of Discipline, and touring them to different branches of the company.
Developing and administering health and safety programs and conducting safety inspections.
Entertains and handles queries of employees on timekeeping and payroll matters.
Communicates and coordinates to the cooperative regarding HR matters.
Conceptualization, design, organization, of company activities, company events, employee welfare and company programs that will foster harmoniuos relationships among employees.
Organize in-house Annual Physical Exams (APE).
Issues Notice to Explain (NTE) letters/disciplinary actions (DA) to concerned employees.Executes and observes due process at all times.
Communicates with the HMO and Manpower provider for the welfare of employees.Checks billing of HMO and Manpower Providers.
Produce/Updates HR Manual based on the standard operating procedures and company's Code of Discipline.

Training and Development
Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
Performing/Monitoring job evaluations and job analyses which should be done on a periodic basis.
Conducting training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
Regularly visits Terry's establishments to check if everyone is complying with Terry's standards, rules and regulations.
Works hand in hand with the supervisors/managers/heads in training and development for both new and old employees.

Timekeeping and Payroll
Ensures timely and accurate submissions of timekeeping. Submits employees' service charge distribution in each payout.

Compensation and Benefits
Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance such as but not limited to SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, etc.

Admin Works
Overseeing special engagements such as OJT programs, consultancy service, service providers. Making sure that required documents/process are properly complied.
Creates memorandums as approved by the management related to internal announcements, salary increases, allowances, incentives, salary loans, etc.
Prepares and issues memorandums and disseminate it to all employees.
At least three (3) years experience of working as a HR Supervisor;
Preferrably has experienced working as a HR person in hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.;
Willing to train people;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
