Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Handle and monitor the overall operation of HR including its day to day activities Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Handle and oversee the overall recruitment process, including, but not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing applicants, background check, and pre-employment requirements Overseeing the preparation of employment related contracts, including, but not limited to probationary contract, notice of end of contract, transfer of assignment, and notice of termination. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements. (Ex. DOLE, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH ETC.,) Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, HRMD, or other business related course. With extensive experience in HR operations gained from construction, waste management, equipment rental and real estate and development. Minimum 8-10 years experience in a managerial or leadership role Strong people management skills and planning Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
