HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE– JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title:HR & Admin OfficerDepartment:Human Resource DepartmentReports to:General Manager & President (Management)1.Knowledge, Skills, and Capability1.1.Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course1.2.Must have sufficient knowledge in the principles and basic know-how on handling personnel profile, employee benefits and employment law1.3.Must possess good verbal and written communication skills1.4.Must be organized and disciplined1.5.Must be willing to work long hours2.Job Summary2.1.To ensure compliance to all employment laws and regulations. 2.2.To ensure completeness and timely preparation of all administrative works.2.3. Reports to the General Manager and President - all activities pertaining to the job2.4.This Job Summary is not an exclusive summary of the scope of the employee's work3.Duties and Responsibilities3.1.Human Resource Function3.1.1.Ability to do proper job matching for applicants and the needs of the company. Includes, postings to different job hunt portals and screening of applicants.3.1.2.Ensure completeness of all pre-employment requirements before commencement of employment.3.1.3.Registration of employee to the appropriate salary bank portal.3.1.4.Preparation, issuances, and filing of company memos, directives, and announcements.3.1.5.Processing and monitoring of employees advances and other employee charges. 3.1.6.Processing of employee leaves and offset requests for management approval. 3.1.7.Custodian of the 201 files, ensuring proper compliance to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.3.1.8.Custodian of all job descriptions.3.1.9.Preparation of monthly employee government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig). Including remittance and payment to government on time.3.2.Administrative Tasks3.2.1.Custodian of office supplies and ensures proper monitoring and accountability of supplies. (For HO only).3.2.2.Processing and preparation of all documentary requirements for annual permit application.3.2.3.Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents. 3.3.Others 3.3.1.Attends to all other work designated to him/her by the immediate superior/department head and by the management3.3.2.The duties and responsibilities enumerated above are not exclusive of any other duties and responsibilities that BEI may see fit to designate or assign to the employee concerned3.3.3.The duties and responsibilities may be revised from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the service4.Salary RangePhp 15,000 basic salary with Php 3,000 allowances5.Job Location Brgy. San Isidro Makati City6.Work Schedule-48 hours work schedule (Monday- Saturday)
